First use a friendly introduction, a routine part of social exchange is favored among many different circumstances. Then use statements for commitments whether they be aurally or written. Written statements are much more powerful. It provides physical evidence and can be shown to other people. Therefore, it can be used to persuade others to change their attitude or decision in the direction of the statement. This can be easily be made public. Written statements are so effective because they require more work than the verbal ones.
The most effective commitments are those that change a person’s self-image and future behavior. This makes a difference whether the commitment is short-lived or long-term. Home based business professionals use commitments that produce inner change. First, it’s not just specific to a situation it first occurred, but a whole range of related situations.
Second, the effects of change are lasting.
One technique of this inner change is called, “throwing a lowball.” Car dealers like to use this technique. Basically where the offer is way below competitors’ prices and is a favorable purchase decision. Then after the decision is made and before the bargain is sealed the original purchase price is resumed. The impressive thing about this lowball tactic is the ability to make a person feel pleased with a poor choice.

A professional internet business entrepreneur must know how to ask the best questions in order to receive a commitment. In fact, two thirds of being able to get a commitment comes from being able to ask the “right” questions. Simple ask them about their situation… what brings them to…
Remember: Listen!
Learning to uncover questions that shows their needs or their problems are the best questions. Try to uncover what the problem is that differentiates you from the competition so you can present them a solution… NOT a commodity.
Find out what to sell:
A Need – with problems or residual income opportunities
or
An Issue – with the company, personal, or cash flow
Identify the broad or general need then you follow up with question that uncovers more specific needs. Use these principles when learning to uncover the best questions:
1. Prospects have a strong need to feel understood with the problems they uncover.
2. Earn the right to ask questions by presenting them with logical reasonings why you are asking them.
3. How you phrase questions can be critical… don’t re-word the same question over… or go straight to the product or decision.
Simply finding and being able to label what the prospect is searching for will help you uncover the best questions as an internet business entrepreneur and adjust your commitment objective accordingly. Keep the process moving forward.

Making realistic goals is a MUST DO in any business as an online business entrepreneur. First need to evaluate where you are as an online business entrepreneur.
Are you just getting started?
Have you been established and taking your internet business to the next level?
Most home based business entrepreneurs need to get up front cash flow to get their business started before being able to generate the residual income possibilities.
Whichever your level of goals, make sure it is realistic to be achievable in different levels: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Once you set your goals according to your level, write it down!
This is the most important step you can make because it sets it down in stone and allows you to make an action plan. It allows you to commit yourself to the goals you write down.
It’s important as an online business entrepreneur to set goals that involve all aspects of your life: spiritually, physically, relationships and financial. Lastly before you commit your goals, be sure to communicate your goals to those that are involved.
Here is a neat guide I found from Ray Silverstein that helps you have an outline for setting your goals that will keep it simple so that it is not too overwhelming.
Use the SMART SYSTEM:
S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Achievable
R – Realistic
T – Timely
Specific, achievable and realistic–Make sure your goals are concrete, concise and attainable. Instead of, “I want to make a lot more money this year,” specify “I want to increase my revenues by X percent (a realistic amount) by the end of the year.”
Measurable–Frame your goals in such a way so you can measure your progress. For example, plan on measuring monthly or quarterly revenues against last year’s figures–something you should be doing anyway. If you are just beginning, set a realistic amount to start.
Timely–Give yourself a reasonable time frame for achieving your goal. Then break it down into smaller, short-term increments. Realistically, you may not achieve that X percent increase early in the year, but you can work toward it. Divide your goal percent increase into monthly or quarterly increments that allows you to build on your momentum. This produces measurable, attainable and short-term goals to pursue.
Remember what Ray says:
Also, beware of “BHAGs”–big, hairy, audacious goals. Super-ambitious goals are great when it comes to long-range planning and decision making, but they don’t lend themselves to goal setting. Focus on attainable goals that you can realistically reach within the year.
It’s easy to make resolutions, but it’s hard to make them come true. No wonder some entrepreneurs make the same resolutions every year, without ever achieving them. Don’t let yourself fall into that group. This year, resolve to set SMART goals and action plans.

Hello there, I tried almost every single website to make money at home, but have failed to do anything. Every website wants you pay them to get all there information such as there software, workbooks, cd’s. I am looking for something that would help me more and not even have to pay for them to make money.
