Be Ready for Expansion

Starting a businessSo many of the companies that we use and talk about every day started as something infinitely smaller than what they developed into. For example, take a look at Microsoft. Although they are one of the most towering, profitable, and interconnected companies in the world, they started out in somebody’s garage with a group of very talented but very young and very inexperienced people.

Any home based business entrepreneur can learn from that example. In business, it’s so crucially vital that you are flexible and adaptable. You always have to be ready for your business to grow and expand into the next arena. If you’re too set in your ways or convinced that you’re doing something this way or that way, it’s very easy to cause your business to stagnate. Be flexible, and your chances of success are far greater.

Have you tried Twitter and not sure if you like or want to keep it up to build your internet business?  I mean there is a lot to learn and find the strategies that will work for you in your life and internet business.

There are some amazing growth in Twitter from Feb. 2008 to Feb. 2009 that was reported 1382% with the incline increasing yet further in recent months.

Like most social networks, it seems many people loose steam with service.  Like most services the users that sign up fail to return the following in the month they signed up.  And in the 12 months has they say “pre-Oprah”, retention rates were even lower and only have 30% returned in the next month.  So good news, that they have increased over time.

So every social network goes through growth phases when starting out.

Question is, how can Twitter make sure that users stick around for the long haul?  What is it about Facebook and MySpace that make them so appealing?

As I use Twitter more everyday, you start to see how you can really create relationships and see the power of finding connections that can help you with anything you want to accomplish.
I’d like to offer you personalized training on how you can use Twitter to explode your business better than any paid method of advertising.  It is possible to build your business on free advertising strategies.

So go to the top of this page and put your name and email.  Sign up for Twitter at Twitter.com, then e-mail me to schedule a 30 min. consultation for some tips on how you can use Twitter to grow your internet business.  I look forward in helping you explode your internet business and I’d also love to hear your comments on your goals on how you can stick around using Twitter for your internet business.

starting your own businessOne of the most rewarding business endeavors that anyone can undertake is starting their own business. If you’re really passionate about the subject matter, you can enjoy being your own boss while completing a job that you actually find satisfying. The only thing that people have to be wary of is entering into a business with only the benefits in mind. While it’s always good to have a positive and upbeat attitude, successful entrepreneurs also have to be realistic and pragmatic.

As such, the best home based business tips are those that teach a person the real ins and outs of running a home business. While people might think working from home means sleeping in, this isn’t always the case. Yes, you can forego the commute, but establishing a successful business will almost always mean putting in longer days than you would at your desk job. The revenue is also sure to be slow at first. Whatever arena you’re in, home based businesses are often about networking, and it takes time for your name to spread and your reputation to grow. The bet tip, therefore, is to be realistic about the kind of hard work you’ll have to put in and to be patient. But if you stick to it and work hard, you can find the kind of financial independence you’ve always wanted.

tips for starting a businessMany people dream of the freedom offered by working from home, but they don’t always realize the work that must go into that endeavor before you can get your company off the ground. While there are practically innumerable tips for starting a business, one of the most commonly overseen problems is the issue of taxes. Before you start your own business, take into account that come April 15th, things are going to be a bit more complicated for you.

The biggest problems occur when it comes to withholding. When you get a standard paycheck, money is almost always withheld from social security and the federal government. But when you receive paychecks as a contractor, money is not actually withheld. Rather, you get a 1099 form at the end of the year, and you’re expected to pay self employment tax in one lump sum. This can be quite a shock for people that don’t expect this payment. So be prepared this tax season by setting aside roughly 15% of what you made. Drop it into a separate account, and you’ll be ready to cut the check to the IRS when the time comes.

Be transformed in setting your mindset for success in your online business opportunity.  Once you recognize the right strategies, you can harness a pursuit of your dreams.Five aspects of the power to change forces of your transformations is momentum; completion; habit; reflection; and celebration.Everyone knows who won the race, the tortoise or the hare?  We live in an instant world and wanted it yesterday.  Once you are in motion, it’s easy to keep on, but once you stop, it’s hard to change to go!  Keep your momentum going, as that simple error in judgment over time can destroy the getting of any goal you’re after.

“Be not afraid of going slowly, be afraid only of standing still.” -Chinese proverb

Another way to gather momentum is the power of completion.  Every thing in your life that is incomplete is a draining force.  It blocks your momentum, takes out the strength, and inhibits your ability to move forward to progress and improve.  Is it easy to do? Yes, and it is also easy not to do.  Take on incomplete projects one at a time.  Baby steps will work for you completing  what ever needs to be done.  Each time you complete something, you can move on a little lighter load than you started.

Habit’s are often taken for granted.  Behavior can turn into a habit if done over and over until it becomes automatic.  It’s hard to get rid of a habit you don’t want by facing it head on.  Accomplish this by replacing the unwanted habit with another habit you want.  Build your habit’s one step at a time.

Some think that in order to be productive, you have to be busy.  Take time to reflect your busy work in a journal where you can keep track of your actions.  Those that achieve higher levels of productivity take time to reflect by working with a coach.  What ever method you choose, take time to harness the power of reflection in your internet business.

The power of reflection is important when you take the time to celebrate the positive steps that where taken.  You will be able to feel and see these steps shifting in your favor.  Success breeds on more success.

child-head-up.jpegIs is fair to take the blame and retain full responsibility?  Or is it other factors out of your control, like the economy?

The 5% who dwell on the upper curve know that there are no excuses.  They understand that nobody can do their internet business for them.  You are also the cause of what happens in life.

Are you your own cause?

Be on the upper curve and take full responsibility on all the choices you make in your work.  Think and reflect on your choices with your head up.  Try it with your head down.  Do you get different results?  Do what it takes with your internet business to keep your head up.  Just start like the baby who learns to lift their head up.
