I was working a job that took up all of my time. I mean all of my time. The job itself was only 60 hours a week, but that doesn’t factor in the time it took me to take the bus there and the time it took me to get back. It also doesn’t factor in the preparation to get myself ready for work and the decompressing when I returned home.
It just wasn’t working for me at all. When I first heard of the boom in internet businesses, I didn’t really think that it was for me. But after I realized that I had nothing to lose and my life to gain back, I thought that I should go for it. Now I work for myself, and I have never been happier.
