I want to take a moment and recognize my team, featured empower leaders. They are starting to become active and take control of their business and share their passions on the blog.

This is just a small sample of those that are really taking action. If you are on my team and don’t see your blog, let me know and I’ll edit it right in. I only recognize those that have gotten in and taken action to customize a post. Let’s see more of these leaders continue to take more action. So click on everyone of those links above, and click like for Facebook, and share a comment of encouragement. Support all our friends as we go on a journey together to empower others.
I picked up a few tips from a leader, Matt Rasmussen, that shared what he learned from:
The Traveler’s Gift: Seven Decisions that Determine Personal Success
1. Responsible Decision
You need to work on ME, can’t ride on other people to the top. Control your thoughts, emotions and be responsible for success.
2. The Guided Decision
Who is coaching and mentoring you? Do you have a common past, if not do you have a common future. Chose your friends by care and hang around people you want to be. So listen to the counsel of wise people. The subconsciousness of the people you hang around.
3. The Active Decision
You have to be couragous, a leader, a person of action. Failure exists only for the person that quits. I persevere.
4. The Certain Decision – Not trained enough?
Make sure you are decisive and certain. Be passionate about my vision for the future.
Your destiny is assured. Do what it takes to be here 20 years from now.
5. The Joyful Decision
I am grateful for everything I have.
I choose to be happy.
Always about ego, the lost appreciation.
6. The Compassionate Decision
I forgive those that critize me unjustly.
I greet each day with a forgiving spirit.
I forgive myself. We need leadership and the next great stories, so reset your start date.
7. Persistent Decision
I will persists without exception. I cannot be denied!!!
Do not stop for anything. When the going gets tough, the tough gets it going. Never give up on your journey toward your success dream. Promote like it’s the end.

My favorite part – Make sure you are decisive and certain!
